I have used New Albany Vision Clinic since it opened years ago. I highly recommend NAVC to meet all your needs in vision care. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, caring, and helpful are perfect ways to describe the staff!
This is the 2nd time I've tried to use this clinic. The Dr is awesome but the staff is not good. They broke by glasses that I'm currently wearing then told me they couldn't refund me though the haven't even sent off anything. I'm filing a report with the BBB the first time try argued with me about about the correct size frame for my teen daughter they gave her to small frames that the heated and bent out so they looked awkward and didnt fit correctly.
