I called to inquire about dry cleaning, and the first time I called, it rang a few times then went quiet like someone picked up the phone, but I couldn’t hear them. I don’t have a problem with the service necessarily, but I’m kind of disappointed in how they treat their employees. I came to pick up my dry cleaning order tonight and the store was about 90°. The woman inside was so nice and apologized if she seemed short or crabby, but she said she was just so hot. I felt almost sick sitting in there waiting for my order. Pricing has raised by 2 to 3 dollars plus tp press pants or shirts. My pants costs have gone up 3 times in 6 months. The last time I picked up my cleaning the pants had 3 creases in all 3 pairs of pants. My weekend lady is phenomenal and always friendly. She took care of my issue right away. That was the first time I have ever had a problem with my pants.
