Bought a z71 club cadet mower and next week ordered mulch kit that they had to order, blond girl said they would call when it came in. Took a vacuum hose in and asked the guy at the parts desk if he had one and he said he didn’t know that they were all sectioned off and he wouldn’t know where to start looking.. sounds kind of lazy to me
They are a bunch of thieves. Put a 24inch bar on 51 cc saw. Charged 200 dollars.for the bar an chain. Put a clutch in said they cranked it. Without a choke knob. Picked it up took it home they left the screws out of the side plate so when you pulled the cord to start it the plate fell off took it back. They found the screws to the side plate. Charged me $59.11 for repairing a blower that they did not repair. When I got it home and found it did not work. I took it back. The repairman could not make it work either. They kept it weeks. I checked with them twice and finally went in the store and asked them to please fix it I was told it needed a carburetor and there would be more charges.
