We were several weeks into contract to sell our house to her client, and she continued to show other houses to her client. Then, sure enough, they found a house they liked better, so Jill and her client conducted THEIR OWN home inspection, listed up items that were not even wrong with our house, and asked for an absurdly high amount of money to remedy them.
