This was my kids’ very first time in daycare, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! My daughter absolutely fell in love with Ms. Courtney—and the love is clearly mutual. It means the world to me to know she’s in such caring hands. My son’s teachers, Ms. Jenn and Ms. Shelby, are just as amazing—always so kind, thoughtful, and genuinely interested in how he’s doing. I can truly tell they care about my kiddos, and that’s all I could ever ask for. So grateful for such a warm and supportive environment!

My children absolutely love going to "school" everday at KinderCare New Albany. Both have been going since they were 12 weeks old. Ms. Venus and Mr. Doug are so patient with the infants. Helping them learn to sit, crawl, even trasition to solid foods. The toddler rooms have been amazing. My oldest is thriving because of Ms. Shelby, Ms. Jenn, Ms. Courtney and Ms. Niki. Great organization and wonderful teachers. Ms Shelby, Ms Jen, Ms Courtney, Ms Niki and the rest of the team have known our kids their entire lives and treat them like family. The program they have is outstanding. They seem to find new ways to open the world to our kids. I would highly recommend this service.

Shout out to Mr. Jadin, Ms. Kiara and Ms. Tara!! They are so good with my kids, I see how much my kids love them! From the time we walk in they run up to them and when leaving they give them a hug!! To me personally that means a lot if my kids can trust you! Thanks for all you do @New Albany KinderCare!!
