Our Dad was always well cared for every time he rehabbed at New Albany Gardens and Care. The staff are hard-working and caring. We appreciate everything they did for him.
I would highly recommend the New Albany Care Center for anyone needing skilled nursing care. Most, if not all of the staff, are kind, professional and capable. Latosha Suk is an example of one of the people providing the excellent care.

Spent about three months there after an accident. I was working on getting my walking back. The nurses, especially Laura were fine. Most of the aids were there just because they needed a job with the exception of Crystal and Sonny. They were awesome. Physical therapy was good when I got it. I loved all the therapists No therapy on weekends. So that was wasted time. Latasha, the unit manager, ran hot and cold with me. and wasn't always nice. The nurses and aids were not helpful. All of the employees had an attitude. They gave my grandfather an attitude anytime we asked a simple question about medication or help in the room. We were also told we could stay with him overnight and they turned around and said we weren’t allowed because of a sudden “policy change” of which they didn’t show us proof.
