Laughed at me the whole time and would not listen to me when I was trying to tell them it was new oil in my car and preceded to Laugh when they saw that it was new oil and made me feel dumb. I could not get the oil cap off to finish changing my oil so I went there for help.
Started going here instead of Walmart because the level of respect the crew have with the customers are awesome ,, and wessy was very informative and polite ,, great workers And great place to get your oil change
My 17 year old daughter used this place. She had attempted to change her oil by herself but was unable to get the filter off. She went here and explained the situation. Only needing filter changed. They mocked her and laughed. Charged her full service saying she didn't say she only needed oil filter changed. Try to upset her other stuff. Told her she shouldn't try to change her oil!! She left crying.
Got an oil change today. Never used Dipstik before. The service was simply great. Everyone was so courteous. My server was Wyatt. He went out of his way to explain all they were doing. He was so nice and polite. Made me feel like they truly appreciated my business. The world needs more courteous people like Wyatt in the business world. Definitely will return for my next oil change.
