Many moons ago I was introduced to this company by a friend. And all I can say is for the past few years even though i’ve been inconsistent, this company has not. Every time I’ve needed assistance getting back on track New Age has been right by my side. The customer service is unmatched and the selection of doctors just continues to get better. From digital appointments to in person visits, New Age has never let me down. Grateful to have such a supportive team throughout the years
Stay away from this place. I used their telehealth services with Hilary Ortega and she processed my 99.99 payment for med refills. I did not receive the refills 5 days later. This has happened more than once but I will not be using their services anymore. I have asked for a refund and they have been giving me the run around.
Pay $99 each month just to get prescriptions refilled and often times they don’t even correctly send all your prescriptions to the pharmacy. You constantly have to be on them about it but half the time you message them and you don’t get a response. They also have an attitude for no reason the minute they pick up the phone. Right now it is 4/28/25 and I am still waiting for my prescriptions to be sent from an appointment I had in the middle of FEBRUARY 2025.
Found this office through Google a few years back and they have been the most consistent practice I’ve dealt with. I wasn’t sure what to expect coming in, but over time, this place has made a difference. I won’t fluff up this review or practice as there has been a few hiccups but nothing that wasn’t resolved professionally and in a timely manner. They are thoughtful, a team that cares, from people who seem to actually give a damn. They make you feel heard and seen and with mental health, that’s what makes it or breaks it.
