I looked 4 over 3 wks for a plumber, left message after message got no return calls. I was about to give up hope. I came across New Age Plumbers gave them a call on the second ring I got an answer from a REAL PERSON. They were very professional and friendly. They showed up when they said they would and ON TIME. No water over the weekend. Called New Age Plumbing, and they told me how to troubleshoot the problem - saving me money on them coming out over the weekend. Found that the well pump failed. The guys came over Monday morning and replaced the pump. They also found that the existing 3/4” piping in the well was different than the 1” line that ran to our residence. They replaced the 3/4” line with 1”, tested, and cleaned up thoroughly. The last plumbers we used a year ago left a half a pack of cigarette butts all over the yard. We... read more

I met the owners at a friends home, doing the same work that I thought I needed. I was told that they would be at my home in an hour. They were at our home in less than an hour. The owners were polite, professional, and pleasant... and even more importantly, FAIR. When I was told what my bill was, it was unbelievable, I really could not believe it, it was less than what I expected. Now that's a rare thing. Had water 1 minute, then absolutely nothing , no power to well pump, ON A SUNDAY. Told the wife good luck getting anyone on the phone . Wouldn’t you know it , I ate my foot today. Tyler picked up on the first ring , and he and Ian showed up 20 minutes later. Diagnosed the issue within minutes . Ian and Tyler are very professional, and literally provided expedient repairs to get the water going again. Will 100% use their services again, and will refer to friends and family . Thanks guys !
