If I could give them zero stars I would. Went in to ask about some door seals, for my 2016 Big Red, even gave them the make and part number. Perry’s attitude at the time was very blasé and he seemed unwilling to help but he said he would look into it. Left it for a couple of days and had to go in to Nowra to see if I get a fridge latch. He said they didn’t have any so I then asked him about the door seals and his reaction told me he just didn’t give a f@&k. We all pray we never need to make warranty claim but my nightmare with the third party repairer did get better when Kellie in the warranty department here got involved. Even though my three issues haven't been fixed yet, Kellie has done her part and she helped give it a huge push forward and i’m very grateful for her efforts. Thank you.
Enquired about a service for our New Age van and Alicia was very helpful. Called back to confirm dates fifteen minutes later and a male wanted to know why we hadn't bought our van from Nowra and the 3 possible dates suggested by Alicia were no longer available. Thanks but no thanks, we'll book in somewhere else.
