I highly recommend Dr Moreno. It took me a long time to find a well trained Functional Medicine Doctor in this area. I feel like I won the lottery! Dr Moreno is an excellent Dr but guess new staff is horrible. You call and get no answer I received a phone call from them today they didn't leave a voice mail I've called back 6 times since then and one answers the phone. About 2 months ago I tried calling for an appt. It took 3 days for some took answer me to then tell me he didn't have any openings and then wouldn't tell me when the next available appt was. If the staff dissent step you their game and professionalism I might need to find a new Dr office

Hi Yadiann, I want to know what phone number did you use to call us because now with our new phone system we can check calls, and I checked and I didn't find your name or your phone number. also when you or your family needs something. you know that you can call direct to the office manager or the doctor, our cell phones are the same since 2010 Time we got to know each other.
I feel that Dr Moreno is a wonderful doctor. He shows concern and is very knowledgeable. He and his staff is on top of everything. I would recommend Dr Moreno to anyone.
This is not a reasonable facility for general medicine. It might be reasonable to hormonal treatments for weight and intimacy issues, but this is no place to find a general practitioner.
Doctor is a rude and arrogant man. Doesn't listen to or answer your questions. Pushes his own medications yet doesn't tell you what they are and what they are for, just that you need to take them. Very unprofessional as a doctor, dresses like he just came in from the farm and has dirty fingernails.
