be more transparent and give heads up on new charges, always a new charge and no exceptions. he doesn't ever check my ears, nose, chest throat, my glands, just looks at blood work and writes scripts and thats it, what if i am not aware of some thing that he may be able to detect, just like my other doctor touched my neck and found a goiter, and my blood work was fine, needs more hands on

I love Dr. Moreno and have been with him for years - even after they stopped taking my insurance. I am sad to say that I won’t be coming back. I put up with the unfriendly, revolving secretary staff that hides behind a closed door. I pay out-of-network rates to maintain a Dr who has looks after both my mom and myself because he truly is a GREAT doctor. One of the first to truly listen to my mom and help her. I went to Dr. Moreno when all else failed by trying to diet myself. After all my bloodwork and hormone levels checked out ok with in normal limits, he gave me the knowledge and the proper diet to loose the weight that I never could. I only changed my way of eating and did not exercise, but still lost 50 pounds in two months and have kept it off.
