Our heat when out in the middle of the night. As advertised Billy answered the phone at midnight and stayed on the phone with us for an hour and a half helping us diagnose and fix the problem. Although he couldn’t physically get there or send someone he still went above and beyond to help us. Having only been in the NH area for less than a week, we know exactly who we will be contacting for future installations / repairs. Highly recommend!
