Where should I start! We ordered our kitchen counter and backsplash via a retail outlet here in Montreal back in mid September 2024. They told us we’d get it within 2 months. I do a follow up mid November and get no definitive news. Beginning December they tell us to take apart our temporary counter top as they would do the install on a Monday.
