Closed even though it says it’s open on google. Looks like they didn’t pay their rent and got kicked out.
Please be noticed - this company is closed. We paid deposit for the slabs and now the sales rep and office no one answered the phone. This is terribleness!
Don’t waste your time. Horrible sales reps shady deals to get a bigger cut. They cut corners.
Terrible experience with this company. Should be called New Age Garbage. Wife and i ordered a custom granite top for our kitchen island that was supposed to be leathered similar to our countertops. We ordered it and paid in full through a company by the name of "The Granite Company", out of Alliston who did the fabrication. When we received it it appeared nothing like what we were shown in the showroom and was almost gloss, not leathered. Where should I start! We ordered our kitchen counter and backsplash via a retail outlet here in Montreal back in mid September 2024. They told us we’d get it within 2 months. I do a follow up mid November and get no definitive news. Beginning December they tell us to take apart our temporary counter top as they would do the install on a Monday.
