They don’t answer the phone. Never on time for phone appointments. I had an appointment at 9am and they will not answer, no one ever called. This has happened multiple times.
This place is getting worst by the day!! I've been trying to get in touch with someone since last week and this is NOT the first time. My brother is out of his meds, but I'm pretty sure I will have to stop by per usual to get something done!! I asked them multiple times to send me his lab orders via email, they keep saying they will "send it over right now" and I never receive it. I don't want to take him to labcorp and the order is not there, which has happened twice before! So I'll be stopping by since they can't answer th... read more
Worse patient services ever. Good luck getting the incompetent office staff to answer the phones. They send text and email notifications you can't respond to or dont get a response from. Tell your provider to NOT use them.
