Cannot imagine a worse experience. I ordered a REL S812. It arrived with terribly damaged packaging via FedEx. I called New Age Electronics and spoke Joshua, I doubt that’s his real name. I say this only because I’ve called a number of times and different voices claimed to be Joshua. The FedEx delivery person waited while I called. “Joshua” instructed me to take delivery in spite of the badly damaged box. He instructed me to remove it from the packing and connect it to my system. Sketchy business, sends items different than described. Unacceptable time between purchasing items and shipping them.

Spent a few thousand on a surround sound. Was needing some trouble shooting help and he said they just sell the items. Seemed right off like he was having a bad day. He was pretty rude in telling me that “he can’t help me any further.” Very short conversation. I would think he or someone in their company could have ran through some basics with me. We are in the process of building a lake house with whole house electronic, but I’ll use someone local.

Ordered 7 speakers from this company. Only received 3 so far . Still waiting on 4. 2 different transmissions . Ordered over a month ago.. need to be asking and asking for update.. Very poor communication. Would not recommend
