Took my computer to there store. I was told it had several profiles and would take a couple of days to go through it and check for a virus. It took more like a week and several calls to get it done. The 1st guy I talked to said nothing about it being too old to screw with I explained to him I was ripped of by another so called computer repair service and he assured me this wouldn't be the case.
