This guy has no business sense or customer service. My elderly parents booked him to do their roof. He kept pushing the date. When the final date came he showed up with the materials and then told my parents he doesn’t take personal cheques, which he didn’t tell them previously. So they went to the bank and got bank drafts made out to him.
