We had a few hiccups with our van as I'm sure a lot of people have also experienced, but I'm so happy now that everything has been resolved and fixed with the help of ERV. Thank you so much for your expertise. I must make special mention to the admin/office staff. It's not easy being the initial point of contact, but you absolutely excel when it comes to professionalism, patience and understanding. THANK YOU.
Just had our first service completed by the service staff at Giraween. All the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful along with the knowledge they provided was above and beyond. The work including some warranty work which was handled quicky and professionally with the van being picked up a few hours later. Well done ERV and thanks for your help Chad and Tony.
Most helpful company for anything caravan related! I had the pleasure of having Chad and Ryan help me install a bike rack! And the young lady at reception is amazing ! Her customer service is on point and she was so helpful in finding anything you need for your caravan
3rd Review - Contacted by Chad the apparent owner asking if we could please remove our review. Blamed all the mistakes on his employee. Tried to butter us up with a fridge for our van. Didn't fall for it. Chad has been liaising with my wife over the phone since the sale got messy but would now really love to meet me "the reviewer" in person. 2nd Review - Got the van!
