Looking for some major caravan repairs. Made contact with staff member on the phone to discuss my needs, arranged for a service to check bearings and brakes, and required quote will be done at the same time. Happy with repair plan, and negotiations with staff member. Follow up experience will be posted after service and quote obtained.
