We picked up our new Crusader Musketeer Empress on 11th June 2026. After receiving a very comprehensive handover from Dave, he ensured our vehicle was hooked up correctly and all lights working. We drove home to Bunbury in pouring rain, and the van towed like a dream, perfectly balanced. We upgraded the suspension and brakes to 3500 ATM and 12 inch brakes , which in my opinion was well worth it. Extremely disappointing after-sales experience! I purchased my New Age van through them and have experienced multiple warranty issues within the 3yr warranty period, including a roof leak, appliance fault, external trim & Velcro issues, rear light problems and roof hatch component deterioration. The most frustrating part has been the handling of the warranty process, they are extremely incompetent in my opinion.
