Extremely disappointing after-sales experience! I purchased my New Age van through them and have experienced multiple warranty issues within the 3yr warranty period, including a roof leak, appliance fault, external trim & Velcro issues, rear light problems and roof hatch component deterioration. The most frustrating part has been the handling of the warranty process, they are extremely incompetent in my opinion. After a lengthy wait to get our van booked in for warranty work, the service and attention to detail was in fact, great.
Recently purchased an 18' Manta Ray from Cannington RV. There were a couple of small manufacturing issues that required attention. They were fixed very promptly, even though they were incredibly busy with preparation for the caravan show. Big thanks to Lynton and Brad for their assistance. We are very happy with the caravan.
