Recently purchased an 18' Manta Ray from Cannington RV. There were a couple of small manufacturing issues that required attention. They were fixed very promptly, even though they were incredibly busy with preparation for the caravan show. Big thanks to Lynton and Brad for their assistance. We are very happy with the caravan. We recently picked up our new caravan from Cannington RV Centre. The Dealer representative recognised our previous experience and focused on the differences with our new van. They also shared handy preventative tips which proves that when caravanning, you never stop learning. They assisted in hooking up and checking that we were safe to travel as well as giving advice on servicing. We are very happy with the van and Dealer service provided.
Had the Jensen style roof vents fixed under warranty today. Neil and the team could not have been more helpful. They also looked into a problem with the settings on the BMPro and the battery.
