My experience with Kyle and his team at Destiny Caravans was 'awesome'. From start to finish Kyle was a true gem. He was professional, dedicated, knowledgeable, helpful, polite, friendly, hard working and reliable plus a nice bloke! He was prompt in replying to my emails and always answered my questions. He and his team did an 'amazing' job repairing my Avan Caravan which had leaks. I can't thank Kyle enough for the 'fantastic' all round service from start to finish. Guys please update your website to reflect you no longer service/ supply parts for New Age Caravans. We aren’t local and googled to find a service centre on the Goldy. Called ahead but no one could help us over the phone at that moment …and was promised a call back . No call back so drove 40 minutes across town to pay a visit. New Age signage on the building everywhere. Yay… we found you!! But… A. No part. B: you told us you no longer service New Age vans. ! Doh!
Great, friendly service and open advice. No judgements made. Can ask any question without a worry - especially great as a newby to caravaning. Lots of vans to check out with a wide variety of displays, features, colours and setting out. Very flexible with alterations, substitutions, etc. No change to the service etc, after being bought out by Main Event. Actually gives you more service options around Australia!
Since the new owner, Pickerings, have taken over, the place has turned into shambles. Information not being shared, no returned calls. No information on the caravan, registration delays. Unnacceptable. Not happy so far.
