If you are looking to buy a new caravan and you are not sure where you should start. This is the place to go. Phil the sales person was fantastic, he showed us a van that was perfectly suited to our requirements and when we said we needed to think about it, there was no pressure like a car yard, he didn’t even give us a nagging call during the next week. Brad and the team at Gippsland Rv and Marine are fantastic! We were travelling through Victoria and had an issue with our Truma hot water service. We called Gippsland RV as we were passing through, Brad identified the problem and replaced the hot water element and had us on the road again in a couple of hours. Their customer service team were excellent to deal with and couldn’t have been more helpful. We highly recommend Brad and the Gippsland RV and Marine team.
Brad and his team got me out of a significant 240v electrical problem in my caravan. They even came to see me, which they don't normally do. Exceptional service. Thankyou.
