I had my brick floors restored in April 2022. They indicated the job would take 2 days with drying time needed for each coat of sealant. They finished the job in one day and floors were beautiful for 2 weeks, then the sealant began to bubble and peel back. I contacted Jerry, sent him pictures and he agreed it did not look good and would come back to assess. He never followed up to schedule a date. We put down a deposit for a large job and ended up not needing it since we are selling our home. It’s been almost 45 days of trying to get our deposit refunded with no luck.
We at Freddy's Paseo have been using New Again for about a year. Jerry and his team do an amazing job for us.
Jerry and his team did a fantastic job restoring our brick floors. The price was more than fair, I would highly recommend. They are courteous and professional!
