New Again has really hard working cleaners. I am pleased with the work they do for me. There was one time that they missed some things and they gladly came back and made it right. I would recommend this company for sure.
New Again has been a great fit for us and Lena is a terrific tech. Communication is strong, scheduling is straightforward, and the house is always so nice to come home to after a cleaning. Importantly New Again works around our organizational chaos, leaving alone areas of the house that are “works in progress” (e.g. desk tops, random piles, art projects) while cleaning and straightening beautifully everywhere else. Great service and they do a wonderful job! We started with a top to bottom clean as a spring cleaning and loved the outcome so much we’ve continued with the recurring monthly service. Couldn’t recommend more!
