This was a great experience! We needed our carpet cleaned asap! They were able to immediately accommodate my schedule. Rick's communication was over the top and his work was amazing. He was on time and very professional. He came in, did his thing and everything was smooth! I will definitely recommend him and the company to friends and family!!! 5 STAR SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION!

Did not remove pet stains that they said would be no problem to clean. Most areas still looked as dirty as before they cleaned and smelled worse.
