Carpet doesn't look or smell clean after having two rooms and stairs cleaned. You can clearly see where he started and stopped with the wand and how the entire area was not cleaned. The carpet was left completely wet, no dry passes were done. The owner was contacted and he blames it on me having animals even though he had never been here and didn't even look at the horrible work.
