The service I received was exceptional. The process and how to choose the coating was well explained . Everyone was was very personable and helpful. Very professional. The car looked sensational on return to me. I would recommend them without hesitation. Totally reliable .

I took my BMW into New Again after spilling a large amount of milk in the boot - to prevent it from smelling. I was really impressed by the attention to detail of Matt and Alfie who thoroughly cleaned and sanitised the boot, removed trim parts to ensure they’d mopped up the full spill and sent a detailed video showing me the work they’d done. Amazing work done by Matt, Alfie and the team at New Again. I had a 3 year ceramic coating and it was hard to believe the paint on a new car could look even better. Highly recommended them and will be using them again at some point without a doubt. Thank you
