Great customer service, from the friendly Paddi who took measurements and explained the differences between the types of blinds, to the efficient Phil who installed 8 blinds in less than an hour. I paid extra to have the old blinds taken away and it was well worth it. The blinds instantly improved the look of my house; they also arrived under the time frame promised so all in all I’m very pleased with Accent Windows.
