First of all, I want to inform everyone that it must've been a bad day for Pam. From my experience, I can say everyone there was very patient and kind. The owner Joy, is one of the kindest salon owners I know. There can be misinterpretations, as I know english is her second language, so that could've been the case. New 2000 Nails is my go to salon in Montclair, and always will be, as the generous staff and scrupulous work is never disappointing.
I must say...this place is a beautiful place to go to and definitely be ralaxed...the employees immediately greet you upon entering this establishment...are always pleasant...it's just always a relaxing atmosphere. The employees do a wonderful job ALWAYS...never disappointed...I did business with them for 3years and unfortunately had to break up with them recently. to be exact, thanksgiving eve. the owner is AWFUL, MONEY HUNGRY, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND MOST OF ALL ((((PHONEY))))!!!!!!.
