Couldn't be any nicer, polite, and friendly! Though I didn't buy the car I wanted, a bit overpriced, for the year, imo. I felt the owner was honest. Even found a fellow car shopper that offered to (buy my trade in, for twice as much !) I'd definitely recommend checking them out...
