Extremely disappointed in the service. I had water leaking from my furnace and while they did respond promptly to my call that is the best I can say for my experience. The technician came and without taking out a tool or even opening the furnace told me that I would require a new unit and my refrigerant was low. He then suggested that I wait until spring and join an Enercare maintenance plan, Tell them it was a new issue and get them to fix it.
