The customer care team is the worst. I've had Dr.s and hospitals have called for information about my device and there is never any response. They never informed me I needed an update on my device and I missed out on my mri appointment. Now for a second time I've missed another mri because no response from the care team. My wife has an implant from a different company and has no problems at all. Shop around before going with Nevro
The representatives USED to be professional, knowledgeable and caring. Now, they are NOT. I get attitude like I'm bothering them and I usually have to leave more than one message. It doesn't matter if the product is good when their customer service sucks and patients are STUCK with them!!!!!! I recommend any other company!
7/21/25 update: My father died on 7/13. that MRI could have saved his life. No call backs from Nevro in response to the messages I left with them prior to leaving this review. Please consider my experience and do not work with Nevro. DO NOT GET A SPINAL CORD STIMULATOR WITH NEVRO. It is Saturday, my father who has the implant is in the hospital needing an URGENT MRI. myself as well as the MRI department at the hospital cannot cannot get in touch with anyone to do the necessary impedance check. Have had implant for 6 months with no improvement. Pain (cramps in calves) has increased and no one is responding to texts to respond. Highly oppose.
I had the first NEVRO stimulator placed about 7 1/2 years ago and I was very happy with the customer service, program adjustments, overall capability with the product, and relief it provided once we found the “right” program for me. Then it started shocking me; badly. My surgeon removed it and replaced it with a slightly newer model but two doctors suggested that I go to another product because of “problems at NEVRO”.
