[update 9/20/25] … and also, her client, mentioned here within- Daniel Guilafucci- of One Man w a Truck LLC- did an amazing job storing his “salt machine” on my property, and I did an equally as amazing job babysitting it- because he was kind and patient to my only daughter- Maya; and she was equally as kind and patient to him. While communication was initially difficult, Attorney Nevins made a strong effort to follow up and make sure her clients needs were met with professionalism and competence.
I’ve been trying to get a call back for almost 3 months now, and nothing, not an email response or any communication after leaving a message every two-ish weeks. I paid about $1000 up front about 4 months ago, and have yet to receive any correspondence regarding the matter. I would save yourself the headache and just go elsewhere.
Zero stars if possible. Kathleen Nevins is extremely unprofessional and unjust. The actions taken by her have been completely unreasonable. Despite my constant efforts to provide a stable, supportive environment, there seems to be no genuine interest in ensuring equal time and involvement for both parents in my child's life. I am a capable, dedicated father, fully committed to being there for my child.
