Excellent customer service! My car was acting up and I was able to have it looked at immediately and booked in for the next day for what turned out to be a battery replacement.
We bought a car here in late February 2024. I've had some problems with it but they've fixed most of my issues. Hard to get in contact with them other than by walking in. Communication could improve and my car could have been cleaner when I picked it up... But that's the risk you take when you buy a used car.
I recently bought a used car from Lynch Auto Group. Arvind, the salesperson, was fantastic ,he thoroughly explained every aspect of the car and addressed any worries I had. He reviewed everything pertaining to the car. Everyone I interacted with at this establishment was incredibly kind and welcoming. In my opinion, Arvind and this dealership are the best. I would definitely recommend them.
Not only did I get a good starter car here but I also take it here for any work. I will tell my friends and family about their service.
