Terrible customer service and even worse mechanics. Don’t recommend.
Mr. Douglas is a con man who doesn't pay people who work for him. He hires people to do the majority of work and then fires them without pay only to hire others at a cheaper rate in order to save a few bucks. He speaks of business ethics and doing things in a proper and professional manner only to completely lack any professionalism and business ethics himself. If you work for him you will regret it and not be paid. I can only imagine how he treats his customers.
I called to ask them if they replaced thermostats on vehicles. I was greeted with an attitude then hung up on after he pretty much told me I didn't know what I was talking about, asking how did i know it was a thermostat... I guess they feel they're customers are stupid and don't know anything about cars... Point blank they are rude and come off extremely untrustworthy.
This place is a joke run from this business you will over pay for their repair. Nobody here can even speak English language correct.
