I've got nothing but wonderful things to say - twice being a tenant of a rental property and the communication of Georgia, Marley and Emma is exceptional. Thank you to the overall team for a smooth and easy tenancy.
Tim’s knowledge of the market was great, he was friendly but couldn’t be bothered getting us his proposal after he met with us for over an hour. If he didn’t want our business then he needed to be honest and say so. Very disappointed. Edited he met with us and the appraisal should have been in my name but he didn’t send it to me. Not very professional

We have to say that we aren't even a tenant yet (or purchased) with this agency, however it needs to be said that they have been helpful with our rental applications by producing videos for us as we are located in Sydney, and giving us detailed descriptions of the properties. Some other agents do not bother responding at all let alone provide a video. These agents responded to messages and emails and have been polite to deal with. Justin, Meg, and Brittany, we thank you for helping.
