Absolutely the worst customer service. Our job was quoted at 2-3 week and after 6 weeks the material had not been worked on. We called every few days and no one ever called us back to tell us when the project work we finished. Finally we said we had to come and get our material and have it galvanized at another place. The office person said okay and hung up on us. I wonder if the owner knows his operation is so bad.
