My fiance and I inherited what could only be described as a swamp instead of a pool. Gary and his son worked tirelessly to help us get it functioning and showed us how to treat it to prevent it from happening to us. They also saved us a ton of hassle and headache by showing us some repairs that other companies weren't willing to help with.

Called Gary at Neversink to fix a hottub that he was not a dealer for because we had difficulty with our original dealer. Gary agreed to look at it to see if he could repair it which was great. Spent the day trying to repair the leak. Charged us a $1000 and told us if it still leaked he would come back and lift it completely up to get at it from underneath. It still leaked later that day and tried to call Gary back to tell him. Left NUMEROUS voicemails and texts and even talked with him once. He said he would check his sched... read more
