I’ve tried for three days to get someone to call me back. They told me Pool was clean, but Airbnb guest keeps complaining It’s too dirty to swim in.
I was having 3 different problems with my pool. Keoni Tamagri came to my house for a diagnostic check. He listened to my problems and determined what the problem was for each. He had a very good knowledge of my system's operation and explained the problems to me and gave me some options. In the end, he fixed all my pool problems and gave me a very fair price for his service. Keoni was prompt, knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend Nevergreen Pools of Shingle Springs and Keoni. I am located in Carmichael, CA.
The pool slowly started turning green, they completely failed to do their job. they tell you what you want to hear yet nothing gets done. They even email me photos of the pool letting me know service is completed each month as the pool slowly turns green. Now I have to spend over $1,000 to restore the pool with a new company. what a waste of money this company was.
I couldn’t be happier with Nevergreen Pools\! We’ve owned our home for over 11 years, and our pool has never looked this clean or crystal clear\. They also got our solar heater up and running, and for the first time we’re enjoying the pool we’ve always dreamed of\. The solar heating makes a huge difference\! Our technician was experienced, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish\. I highly recommend Nevergreen Pools to anyone looking for exceptional pool service\.
