Great service! They came in and really helped me out. I was dealing with a terrible pool service before that was taking my money and not completing anything. It was a major stress on me and my tenant. Nevergreen Pools is solid and honest. I highly recommend them.
UPDATE 7/2025: I originally left a 5-star review after a great experience with a one-time equipment install. The communication was solid, the price felt fair, and I came away feeling like I had found a company I could trust. Recently, I reached out again due to high CYA levels and arranged a full drain. My only area for improvement would be on the communication end, our pool sweep has been under performing for 2 months and I’ve let it be known we’d like to do what we can to have a fully functioning sweeper. They suggested cleaning the energy jar filter which I did. Sweeper is still not where it needs to be. Haven’t heard once any mention of the thing on any weekly visit and that’s what kinda gets me. We have been using Nevergreen for one year and this is our first experience using a pool service. Our pool has never looked better. They are very responsive to my communications and they keep us well informed each time they service our pool.
Our pool has never looked so good! We are extremely impressed with the service Nevergreen provides, they are easy to get a hold of if we have any questions or needs. Only regret we have is that we didn’t switch sooner.
