We have been using Nevergreen for one year and this is our first experience using a pool service. Our pool has never looked better. They are very responsive to my communications and they keep us well informed each time they service our pool.
Our pool has never looked so good! We are extremely impressed with the service Nevergreen provides, they are easy to get a hold of if we have any questions or needs. Only regret we have is that we didn’t switch sooner.

I bought a new Jandy Propane pool heater from Nevergreen Pools, the whole process from quoting to buying to installation has been top notch. Their product expertise, customer service, exceptional installation, and their service techs have been outstanding. I would highly recommend them
I called Nevergreen asking if they could repair my specific pool heater. The representative answered with an affirmative YES. They scheduled an appointment On a Monday ( I called on a Friday). They called an hour later. Their technician was not available until Wednesday. We scheduled another appointment for Wednesday. They called again saying there had been a mix up and could schedule me for Friday a week later.
