Had an extremely difficult time getting anybody to contact us back. Had to text and call multiple times each time before we would hear back. Finally, after many attempts, the communication never made it to the technicians. The technicians even called into the office from our front step as we listened in on the recorded conversation on our nest doorbell. End result was that we never received our service and when I reached out to the company and simply asked for a phone call, I was told, “I’m not going to chase this business.”... read more
Chad and his great team at Nevergreen have done excellent reliable work with the pool, doing a thrice weekly service and pool opening/closing. Chad is very accessible via text messaging. Very resourceful team.
