I recently started dance fitness classes at NSD in Cuba St, Wellington and I am having so much fun (unsure at the moment how well the body is coping). There is NO judgment as to whether or not one is any "good" or even needs to do exactly what is taught. It is about "trying" and getting a 1 hour intense but enjoyable workout with good music which is my key reason for attending.
