A few months ago, I decided to start training (I’ve never really been a gym person), and I found the perfect place at Never Satisfied Performance. When I started I was having problems with strength and balance. They have never shamed or embarrassed me for being old and portly. When I arrive they have an individually tailored workout that helps make me stronger and more flexible. I really look forward to my workouts. They have my highest five star rating and confidence.
I came to NSP after watching my grandson at the gym. I never thought I would enjoy something so much. I started 2 days a week and quickly realized that I wanted to be there 3 days a week. I am an older woman who never really exercised and had limited mobility. That has changed quickly. It is the training at NSP that has allowed me to be more active both for myself and my grandkids. It is now a family event weekly!
My kids love the workouts! We can already tell they are making a difference.
