Mikhail is able to work with arrange of different age clients and can specialize your workout to your goals and abilities. I started going to him four years ago to help prevent injuries from playing tennis. I have found that he is able to personalize my workouts and has strengthen my core, my legs, and arms and I am a better tennis player due to the workouts I do and less injuries.
My entire family loves NSP. Mikhail and his team tailor our workouts to fit what we need as individuals. As a multi-sport athlete family, we are strengthened by our workouts but also have the recovery that we need after competing. It is always a win-win at NSP!
