This place is truly special! Always greeted with a smile and a challenging workout. The adult classes are great and really push you to work harder. Plus, it’s just a really fun group of people at the adult classes. If you’re like me and hate normal gyms, you should give this place a try. The workouts are unique and well planned. You’ll sweat, you’ll be exhausted when it’s over but you won’t be disappointed!
Mikhail is able to work with arrange of different age clients and can specialize your workout to your goals and abilities. I started going to him four years ago to help prevent injuries from playing tennis. I have found that he is able to personalize my workouts and has strengthen my core, my legs, and arms and I am a better tennis player due to the workouts I do and less injuries.
My entire family loves NSP. Mikhail and his team tailor our workouts to fit what we need as individuals. As a multi-sport athlete family, we are strengthened by our workouts but also have the recovery that we need after competing. It is always a win-win at NSP!
