I absolutely love training at this gym! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and motivating. They take the time to explain techniques properly, correct form, and make sure each workout is tailored to different fitness levels. It was a really nice experience, comfortable place, the coach was great, she treated us as if we would have been training there for a long time, she corrected us a few times, and she was quite attentive to our technique. Great place to start with CrossFit
Love that coaches are so focus on helping with technique, this is a game changer for me because it shows that they actually care at the same time I get better results with my training
