This shop was so much better than I expected. First of all, they had so much more selection than I was expecting (I'm a petite woman). I ended up finding my dress here, and it barely needs to be altered! Also it is brand new! Was such an amazing price for such a perfect fit. Also Steph who was helping me was absolutely lovely and so helpful, and she pushed me out of my comfort zone which I appreciated. I had a great experience, so I'd highly recommend!
I had a great experience working with Never Knew I Needed for my wedding dress alterations! The team there was very friendly and professional. Their shop was clean and organized each time I went in. Steph was the person who did my alterations and she was fantastic! My dress looked incredible and she made sure I felt my best in it. I'd highly recommend them!
Think twice before brining your dress here!!!!! I sold a dress through this shop 2 weeks ago. They informed me that I would be paid at that time. Since then no payment, I’ve sent multiple emails without response. No phone number to follow up. Edit: Store reached out after I posted the review(?) Regardless 2 emails over 2 weeks, no follow up until today. Doubt they let clients take 2 weeks to pay for their purchases because they were "behind on billing".
I stumbled across NKIN website and pretty quickly found the perfect dress for me. I booked an appt to go with my sister and while I was a little worried it wouldn’t fit, they assured me that the style was forgiving and boy were they right! The dress fit me like a glove. Abby was wonderful while I tried it on, and while she reassured me how it fire line a glove, nor once did she pressure me into buying.
