On 2/6/23 I had to resign from my job. I really did not want too, I witnessed some things I wasn't pleased with, which are the treatment of the clients age 7-17. I felt powerless & it was stressing me out. I worked for this place for one day!!! And let me tell you!! This place is worse then jail!!! Those kids are in a room all day! It’s not healthy for a child to be stuck in a room for hours with nothing to do!!! The staff needs more training as far as dealing with children!!! For example, it was snack time and one employee threw snacks at two young girls while they were sleeping. Very unprofessional!!! I was there from 3/16/2021 to 12/17/2021 and in that time I was told to kill myself staff had left bruises on me. While I was there all we would do is sit in a small room and do school work. The food there felt like they were always trying to poison us and I'm being 100 percent serious when I say that. Parts of my body were almost dislocated or broken multiple times in multiple restraint's.
