Attended a wedding reception, food and drinks were good, service was OK, could have done with a few more smiles, but I guess it was a long afternoon, evening.
A wonderful establishment! It is wonderful when we find the good traditions of the past preserved. Here in this old restaurant, not only the atmosphere of the old building and the heavy, stable furniture have been preserved. Love what these guys have done here… so great to have somewhere which isn’t a pub or a bar. Pool table is a good edition but isn’t the best quality. Pizza is veeeery good, but the roast ( we had it at christmas ) wasn’t the best, wouldn’t go back for the roast.
