I love miss Jennie, she's so sweet & actually listens to you when describing how you want your hair done! She actually helped fix my bangs after great clips butchered it
Absolutely horrible! Not only did she fry my hair, she turned it gray then orange! I do not believe this woman has a license! Most unprofessional woman I’ve ever encountered. She accused me of using box dye and that’s why my color turned out horrendous! I’ve never used box dye. But to accuse me instead of admitting your failure shows character. My hair was falling out in clumps because of her over processing my hair and not using professional products. I’ve never experienced anything like this in 30 years. My former hair dre... read more
