I have now used Never A Gamble Plumbing twice, and will continue to do so. He is quick, friendly and efficient. He was able to come the very next day and even though I gave him the wrong info about the job he was able to make it work and get it done!
Austen was super easy and friendly to book with. He was so quick and efficient to install our gas hot water tank.
Called Austin to get a quote on a large replacement water line job. He was the most reasonable of the 5 quotes I received and even found ways to save me money after job was started. Did a great job and under quote ( rare these days) and did a fantastic job!! I’ve since used him for many other plumbing jobs around the house and always done in a timely and cost affective manner!! I needed a plumber to install my new toilet. After 2 high priced quotes, I called Never A Gamble and found Austen. He was very accommodating, pleasant, and gave me a lower quote than the others. He arrived on time, did a very fast and efficient job on the installation of the toilet, removed the old one and was just a super pleasant guy to deal with. I would not hesitate to call Austen again for any gas or plumbing needs, and I would recommend him to anyone. Great experience!
