I have two small children and I have not had my nails done in a long time and this was such a treat! I had to leave a review because my experience was so great 😃 best gel manicure I have ever had. Very relaxing, friendly nail technician, quiet and extremely clean environment. This is the perfect place to escape to for a relaxing and pampering day for mama! 😁
I use to love this salon when they first opened but it has went down hill horribly. The wait times are insane because they overbook, then you have 3 different staff doing your service along with everyone else in the place. It’s chaos. The last time I went me and my friend sat there waiting for 30 min past our appointment time just to get started, there were probably 4-5 other women who came in saying they had an appointment all for 5:30p and they all just sat waiting for an hour to begin their service. My daughter and I went to spend the evening together. Mother/daughter day. The service was not good. It took forever, they were not friendly. The older lady was kinda rude. She also cut my daughter in many different places. Never said she was sorry. She just put something over them that made her fingers burn. We go to check out, never are you okay..can I do anything else for you. I will never be returning. 200 bucks!!! Never agin. My daughters and I will be going else where to get out nails done. Waste if money.
Absolutely AMAZING nail salon! I literally cannot rave about this place more. My favorite nail spa ever!!!! Love the staff, love the space, the environment, the smell! Everything!!!!! Thank you for this beautiful space! God bless you all abundantly!
I love Neve! Everyone is always so helpful and kind and Jenny gives the best foot and leg massage, highly recommend the deluxe pedicure. They use a cover for every foot bath, very clean and beautiful space
